International customers free shipping on purchases over $149.
For international shipments, the goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/buyer. The consignee authorizes Himawari to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees Himawari may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).The consignee will pay the taxes & duties in addition with the purchase price of the goods.

The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 14 day of noticing any defects.
It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

Returns & Refunds

In the case when theproduct and packaging are unopened and undamaged, you areeligiblefor a full refund.

When an order does not include free shipping, all shipping costs (including the return shipping) are handled by the customer.

When an order includes free shipping, only the cost of the return shipping is handled by the customer.

Most* Himawari products are guaranteed for 14 days after purchase date. If any issues arise during that time, the item can be returned for a refund or exchange. Items must have been purchased from Contact Us and must be returned in their original condition and packaging (unwashed, unworn, and tags still attached). If used items are returned, a partial refund may be given in the form of store credit.
